Daren Kneeland has been a recognized leader in the medical device industry for over three decades, beginning his healthcare career as a respiratory therapist and clinical instructor. Daren was the founder of Vital Choice Medical Systems, a successful venture that was ultimately acquired by a leading national medical device company. Since joining MultiMedical Systems in 2011, Daren has led the growth of MMS from a small local clinical engineering company into a respected national leader in the HTM industry.

Don is CFO of MultiMedical Systems. A seasoned finance executive with nearly 20 years of experience leading finance and accounting functions for Fortune 100 Companies, SMBs and startups. Having served as a CFO, Controller, and Cost Accountant he possesses a breadth and depth of knowledge spanning business, finance, and people operations. Don possesses a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Institute of Technology.

Nicole is the Vice President of Operations for MultiMedical Systems. She has over 15 years of Operations leadership experience working in the facilities services industry. Operations management, coaching, budgeting, team development, training and getting results has assisted her in several turnaround projects in different industries. Nicole graduated from the Executive Management Institute and has owned and operated her own successful business.
